Hello, My name is Amy and my passion is to come up with new concoctions in the kitchen! I am the baker-picture-taker-mixer-author behind Amy's Mixing Bowl. I'm just your average soccer loving teen who lives in Dayton, Ohio with my mom, brother, dad, and cute, white fluffy Bichon Frise. They are the most amazing people (and dog) in my life.

 

 

 

I recently started this blog and the goal is to inspire you to try new recipes, be fearless with the bowl at your hands, and never be afraid to step outside the box! Most of my recipes are gluten free as my brother has a load of allergies and sensitivities. I didn't, however want that to be the focus of this blog. Instead I want the focus to be on eating delicious, unique eats straight from Amy's Mixing Bowl!
