Sunbutter, Banana,Chocolate Kababs
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 cup chocolate chips
2 medium sized bananas, chopped into 1/4 in. slices
1/4 cup sunbutter
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time. Once completely melted, set aside.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of sunbutter on each banana slice. Then dip half of each banana into the chocolate. Stick a toothpick through 2 bananas.
- Freeze to harden (15 min), then store in refrigeration (to prevent sticking to toothpick) and enjoy!
Notes: Place on parchment when freezing. Lasts for several days in an airtight container (in the freezer).
